Trump's 50% Canada tariff threat rattles Michigan auto makers and workers near Detroit (wxyz.com) β A Sterling Heights-based wheel manufacturer and local auto workers are bracing for a proposed 50% U.S. tariff on Canadian vehicles and parts set for Jan. 1, 2027, which could raise costs and threaten jobs.
