ā¢ āAnything the library wants' Friends of the Tecumseh District Library support library's programs, operations (tecumsehherald.com) ā Friends of the Tecumseh District Library are ramping up fundraising and membership to keep Tecumsehās library programs, technology, and childrenās spaces thriving. Monthly used book sales, ongoing donations, and the Oct. 17 Table of Contents brunch at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church all directly support local services. Residents can also join FOTDL for a small annual fee and attend monthly meetings.

ā¢ Crafters donate port pillows for patients at Hickman Hospital (tecumsehherald.com) ā Patients at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital are receiving handmade port pillows thanks to local sewers, crocheters, and knitters who gathered at Musgrove & Co. in Tecumseh. The group crafted comfort items that help protect chemotherapy and infusion ports from seatbelts and clothing. Their donation shows how Tecumseh creativity is easing treatment for neighbors across the region. Ā Ā Ā
