Volunteers needed for the need of our pets. If you are a pet lover, than We Need YOU!
You may have seen this local man at your doorstep? Or perhaps you have seen him driving down your street? He has many alias, such as Brown, The UPS Man, but really his name is Ron Martinez.Odds are, if you live on the south end of Grosse Ile and if you own a dog, then you’ve probably met him or your canine knows the big brown truck.
Anyone who knows Mr. Martinez knows he is an animal advocate. His goal is to have a week set for pet recognition. He is currently leading a project that will create a Public Service Announcement that will create recognition for our furry little friends. Martinez states, “If we don’t take the initiative or take a stand for what we believe in than we are not living life to its fullest.”

He is building a crew of volunteers that will design and complete this project. Anyone who can donate their time and skills should contact Martinez at MusicMatador@aol.com. If you know anyone who could assist, then enroll them. Martinez is looking for video production, seamstress, art design, web design,marketing, and anyone who feels they can contribute.
