Michigan is "plagued" by empty foreclosed homes in every city. They sit there untouched for years and years! The banks have already got their money on these houses.
Should there be a limit to how long they sit empty in each city? And after that term, what ever it may be, should "squatters rights" be enacted?
Cities are losing money on this and all are affected.
