Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Elizabeth Park in Trenton

Trenton police arrested a 46-year-old man for indencent exposure at about 3 p.m. April 7 at Elizabeth Park.
Police responded to a call about a man urinating in public and found a white man lying on a park bench at the entrance of the park south of Riverside Drive.
An officer said he could smell a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the man and he was unsteady on his feet with slurred speech.

A witness said the man had been lying on the park bench for most of the day, until he got up from the bench, walked over to the creek area and began urinating on the ground, according to a Trenton police report.
The witness said the man had his genitalia exposed and that she did see his genitalia area, according to the same report.

The man was placed under arrest for urinating in public and indecent exposure and transported to the Trenton Police Department.
