On Friday, April 25, from 7 to 10 p.m., the Oakland County Bar Foundation will hold its 15th Annual Signature event at the prestigious and scenic Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills.
The proceeds from the evening will go to benefit the OCBF’s mission of serving the citizens of Oakland County by finding and promoting several programs, including those that foster the honor, integrity, welfare and understanding of the law and legal system, educate the public and improve the accessibility and affordability of legal services.
Over the years, the annual event has raised over $1.5 million to put back into the community. Previous beneficiaries have included Beaumont Hospital Legal Aid for Children, Legal Aid Mini Clinic, Michigan High School Mock Trial Tournament, The University of Detroit Mercy Mobile Law Office, and many others.
Tickets sell for $175 per person (which includes a strolling dinner) and are available through at OCBA.org. Only a limited number are available. Oakland Hills Country Club is located at 3951 West Maple Road (east of Telegraph Road) in Bloomfield Hills.
