The Troy Downtown Development Authority (DDA) recently named Cambridge Consulting Group Chairman and CEO Albert Papa to the board of directors. The Troy DDA is dedicated to fostering economic development and improvements throughout Troy’s Downtown District.
As the co-founder of Troy-based Cambridge Consulting Group, Papa wanted to take an active role in exploring new development opportunities in the city.
“Troy has the geographic location and resources that make it an ideal place to do business. I am dedicated to furthering Troy’s tradition as a place that embraces commerce. As a business owner, I hope to bring entrepreneurial insight and perspective to the DDA,” said Papa.

Troy DDA Chairman, Alan M. Kiriluk, Owner of Kirco Management Inc. looks forward to Papa’s involvement in the group.
“Al has significant business and financial expertise. As both a Troy business owner and financial professional with more than 30 years of experience, he brings a specialized skill set to our board,” Kiriluk added.

Papa was appointed to a four-year term on the board, which meets monthly. Cambridge Consulting Group has been located in Troy for the past 10 years.

The Downtown Development Authority (DDA), as established by State Statute, Act 197 of 1975, is composed of thirteen members. The DDA engages in long-range planning for the downtown area; land acquisition and improvement; building construction and improvement and acquisition and improvement of public facilities for revitalizing the City of Troy's downtown area.
