Business Customers Rank AT&T Best for Wireline Service
The telecom company wins top rating from J.D. Power, which has offices in Troy.

AT&T finished on top in a recent survey among small and medium businesses about telecom wireline services.
The J.D. Power 2015 Business Wireline Satisfaction Survey asked about performance and reliability, cost of service, sales representatives and account executives, billing, communications and customer service.
The marketing research firm, which has offices in Troy, interviewed more than 4,000 business customers between April and June 2015. AT&T earned the highest numerical score.
