Education Brief: French Recording Artist to Perform at Troy High

Troy High School will host French musician Eric Vincent for a pair of concert this month.

French recording musician Eric Vincent will perform a pair of concerts this month at Troy High School, including a special performance for the general public and another for local students.

Vincent, who has collaborated with James Taylor in the past, sings and plays guitar. His songs are a blend of folk, jazz, rock and ethnic rhythms that deal with universal themes flavored by his world travels. Shows are scheduled for Oct. 17 and 18 at .

The first show will be open to the general public, with tickets available for $7 and $5 for students. The second, Oct. 18 show will be a special performance for local student groups and their accompanying teachers.
