Sur La Table will host a cooking class that will pay homage to the ecclectic cooking style of Los Angeles. You will prepare Chinese Barbecue Ribs,Penne with Ragu Bolognese, Watercress, Jicama, and Orange Salad, and a Spanish Flan.
