Toughest Sales Situations Solved at April 20 MSED Seminar

Douglas Finton, managing director of VitalSkills International LLC, will discuss sales conflict situations and solutions in a presentation titled, “When Negotiating Isn’t Enough: Overcoming Silence and Violence in Sales” at the Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED) meeting on Friday, April 20.

Finton, an expert in the field of change management and team effectiveness, will explain how to identify and resolve sales and negotiation impasses through effective communication. All attendees will also receive a copy of the best-selling book, Crucial Conversations – Tools for Talking When Stakes are High.

The professional development seminar will be held at the Management Education Center located at 811 West Square Lake Road in Troy. The event will begin with registration, networking and breakfast at 8 a.m., the presentation starts at 8:30 a.m. and a question-and-answer session and networking follows at 10 a.m.
