Four Troy Businessmen Named to Crain's 40 Under 40 List

Ren Carlton, Ryan Blair, Damian Gardley and Ed Siaje are part of the Crain's Detroit Business 40 Under 40 class of 2012.

Four Troy businessmen – Ren Carlton, Ryan Blair, Damian Gardley and Ed Siaje – were named to the Crain's Detroit Busines 40 Under 40 class for 2012.

Blair, 35, said his biggest achievement is "restructuring his company's business model around a customer-focused, 90-day weight loss challenge" at ViSalus in Troy.

Carlton, 39, said his biggest achievement is "designing a method that creates self-sufficiency in accounting departments" at Dynamic Advisory Services in Troy.

Gardley, 37, said his biggest achievement is "leading the sales team that secured battery supply contracts for the Chevrolet Volt, Ford Focus EV and Eaton and Volvo hybrid models" at LG Chem in Troy.

Siaje, 37, said his biggest achievement is "improving customer service and customer feedback scores." His goal is to "(help) customers achieve financial goals by offering the right services and information" at Bank of America in Troy.
