Inforum Troy Networking Breakfast - Thursday, March 13, 2014 - "Using Mediation Skills in Daily Life"
Members of Inforum, Michigan’s largest professional organization for women, invite women professionals who are interested in professional networking to meet, discuss their professions, and network over coffee at Walsh College.
Each month, attendees will enjoy casual networking plus a brief presentation from an Inforum member regarding a topic of interest to businesswomen in our community.
Cost: free to attend. Coffee and breakfast items are available for purchase in the cafeteria.
This program is presented by volunteer members of Inforum, one of the largest and most prestigious business forums for women in the nation. Founded as the Women’s Economic Club in 1962 in Detroit, Inforum now has 2,000 members with affiliates in Grand Rapids and Lansing. March 13 Topic: "Using Mediation Skills in Daily Life"
Drawing on her experience as a family law mediator, Alisa will speak about how the tips and techniques she learned in mediation training can be applied to everyday relationships, in the home and in the workplace. She'll offer tips for successful interactions that are mutually beneficial.
