Metro Detroit Merrill Lynch Advisors Recognized by Barron’s as Top Financial Advisors

Eight Merrill Lynch wealth management advisors in metro Detroit have been recognized on the 2017 Barron’s “America’s Top 1200 Financial Advisors: State-by-State” list.

Five advisors based in Troy are Marie Vanerian, Abraham Post, Dana Locniskar, Frank Migliazzo, and Thomas Pursel.

Melissa Spickler and Philip Appel work in the Bloomfield Hills Merrill Lynch office, and Leo Stevenson is based in Wyandotte.

Their recognition on this list is an industry honor and acknowledgment of their accomplishments. The magazine’s largest ranking of advisors, Barron’s Top 1200 represents the top 1 percent of advisors. Barron’s Top 1200 criteria is based on assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice, and philanthropic work.
