Officers report his breath test was more than twice Michigan's legal limit, and he now faces multiple charges including reckless driving and high-BAC operating while intoxicated.
   

• Oakland County investigating alleged misuse of Flock camera data by former deputy (wxyz.com) — Oakland County is investigating a former sheriff's deputy for allegedly accessing Flock license-plate camera data without authorization, intensifying debate over surveillance and privacy. A Troy resident, Justine Galbraith, urged commissioners to weigh crime-fighting benefits against what she called unacceptable privacy trade-offs, as the board prepares to vote on extending a related drone program.
