Many plaintiff's attorneys have embraced what's become known as the "Reptile Approach," in which attorneys seek to persuade jurors by appealing to primitive survival instincts.

A panel of legal experts will discuss where the approach is being used, situations in which it is particularly effective, and how insurers and their defense counsel can respond.

This webinar's panelists include:

  • Nathan Edmonds, Senior Partner, Secrest Wardle
  • Irwin Kramer, Managing Partner, Kramer & Connolly
  • Lance Ewing, Executive Vice President of Global Risk Management for Cotton Holdings Inc. and former President of the Risk and Insurance Management Society
  • Rick Woollams, P & C Claims Consultant and former President of Global Commercial Claims AIG

Prior to the webinar, attendees are encouraged to submit questions during registration or to john.czuba@ambest.com. During the webinar, attendees should submit questions to webinars@ambest.com.
