Corp! Magazine honored this year’s Economic Bright Spot winners at a June 25 breakfast event at VisTaTech Center in Livonia. John G. Mitchell, Executive Partner, and Krystal D. Hermiz, Partner, both of Secrest Wardle’s Troy location, attended the event. A diverse group, comprised of 82 companies from a variety of industries, was recognized at the event. Jake Cohen, partner in Detroit Venture Partners, delivered the keynote address, and David Lochner, president of FirstMerit Bank, provided an economic update. Corp! reports that Michigan’s economy looks bright, with job growth occurring across a variety of occupations and industries.
