Secrest Wardle Partner Alison M. Quinn Supports Operation Give Foundation

Alison M. Quinn serves on the Board of Operation Give Foundation, as Treasurer of the organization

Troy, Michigan - Alison M. Quinn, a Partner in Secrest Wardle’s Appellate and Motor Vehicle Litigation Practice Groups, serves on the Board of Operation Give Foundation, as Treasurer of the organization. Operation Give Foundation is a non-profit that provides for youth in the Metro Detroit area. Ms. Quinn has been a member of Operation Give Foundation since 2008, volunteering her time to support its endeavors to serve youth in Metro Detroit through providing medical treatment and services, as well as out of school youth development programs and residential camp programs for local children. She recently participated in supporting Operation Give in organizing and presenting their 8th Annual Birthday Bash event.

The 8th Annual Birthday Bash Event was held at MGM Grand Detroit on November 29, 2014. Tony Werner, President and CEO of Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation served as keynote speaker. Entertainment was provided by the Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences Choir. Secrest Wardle served as a Table Sponsor for the event.

Ms. Quinn had this to say about the event, “The event this year was a huge success. We had a record number of attendees and raised more funds than ever before. Operation Give hopes to continue this success for many years to come.” The net proceeds of the event will go to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, restricted to the Hamtramck School-Based Health Center, with $10,000 each in donations also made to Camp Oasis, Kids Gala, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
