The paintings of Evelyn Raiter, Vianna Szabo and Sharon Will, will be exhibiting at Starkweather Arts Center April 4 - 25.
OPENING RECEPTION: Friday April 4, 7 - 9 pm
The exhibit will showcase each artist's passion. Evelyn Raiter is an oil painter known for her luminous landscapes that depict the historic structures that are quickly fading from our landscape; barns, lighthouses and vintage homes. She can be often seen in downtown Romeo painting many of the historic homes on commission. Vianna Szabo uses a fresh impressionistic style in painting the landscape and still life, along with her passion of figurative work. Sharon Will, a colorist, also working in oil and pastel, captures the landscape as her main inspiration. This exhibit will feature many familiar sites in the Macomb and Oalkand County area done on their plein air sessions. Both Sharon & Vianna hold a Master Circle status in the International Association of Pastel Societies. To view more of their work, visit www.viannaszabo.com and www.sharonwill.com
