Ulliance, Inc. is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Growth includes expanded service lines; adding international clientele

Ulliance, Inc. (Ulliance) is celebrating its silver anniversary this year. This international service company has grown to serve more than 260 organizations across the United States, Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe since opening in 1990. Ulliance provides human resources services including employee assistance programs (EAP), wellness programs, training services, organizational and leadership development consulting, an ethics reporting hotline, career transition services, and crisis management. These services help organizations reduce behavioral health care costs and increase employee productivity and retention, while helping to build a stronger culture for organizations. Now in its 25th year, Ulliance has grown from offering one service, EAP, to seven complementary service lines while achieving major business milestones along the way.
“After a quarter of a century in business, Ulliance’s success has been achieved not only through our hard work, positive client relationships and business referrals but through our incredible workforce,” said Kent Sharkey, president, chief executive officer and founder of Ulliance. “Our business is people and our business success is due to our own. Simply stated, people matter,” said Sharkey.
