How Bad Do You Want It?

How bad do you want it?

“If you don’t listen to anything I say over the next hour, pray these words are never said to you: ‘CHANGE, OR YOU WILL DIE.”

What you read above is how I start all of my speeches. Whether the audience be kids, adults, athletes or one-on-one consultations, the message and the goal is the same: Get healthy, increase quality of life and — in many instances — saving someone’s life.

These words were once uttered to me, and now I’m hoping that through my own personal triumph over death that perhaps I can help you with your own personal, future triumph. Whatever that end goal may be, it starts with getting your self-esteem and self-confidence back.

At this point, I’m going to give you a homework assignment — watch this video because we can all relate to it. And please save the link because I’m going to ask you to watch it once a week if you’re serious about change. It’s been 11 years and I still watch it every Monday morning before I go to work.

My goals may be different, but my passion and desire — and yours too — lay within this 5-minute video.

Next, I want to ask you to be honest with yourself and stop the BS. If you want change and you're serious about it, you need help and you need a starting point. So again — how bad do you want it?

How bad did I want it? I wanted to live!

Thanks for allowing me into your life for a moment. I hope you begin to follow my story — check back here.

Everyday, my goals are 1) taking care of my mom 2) taking care of my friends and family and 3) changing as many lives as I can. But those cannot be accomplished if I’m not first happy with myself.

Looking at your life, can you say you’re happy?

It all starts with the reflection in the mirror. For everyone to be the best they can be for the people in their lives, you first have to be happy with yourself. And it starts with changing your life for the better.

I’d like to help you change yours.
