Annual Golf Scramble Supports Walled Lake Schools Foundation for Excellence
The June 24 event at Edgewood Country Club includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a silent auction and raffle.

The Foundation for Excellence hosts its 4th Annual Golf Scramble at Edgewood Country Club on June 24, to raise funds for the Walled Lake school district.
The cost of $125 per golfer will include a continental breakfast before tee off, 18 holes of golf, lunch at the turn, a gourmet dinner and more. Sponsorships are available, and reservations can also be made to attend only the dinner, at a cost of $50 per person. A silent auction and raffle will also be part of the festivities.
“We are proud to have the Walled Lake community’s support at this event in order to sustain a 22-year history of raising needed funds to continue awarding grants to purchase innovative teaching tools, enhanced technology and for assisting programs which enrich our students’ academic experiences," said Chuck Phillipson, Foundation for Excellence chairman.
