BOMA Honors Paula Goldman-Spinner of Schostak Brothers & Company Inc. With Lifetime Achievement Award
Accolade recognizes Goldman-Spinner's nearly 40 years in the industry

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Detroit (BOMA/Metro Detroit) recently honored Paula Goldman-Spinner, RPA, with its Lifetime Achievement Award. Goldman-Spinner is Vice President and Director of Commercial Properties at Schostak Brothers & Company Inc., a full-service commercial and residential real estate company based in Livonia, Michigan.
Goldman-Spinner has worked at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. since March 1978. A graduate of Wayne State University, Goldman-Spinner also has a distinguished history of service to BOMA/Metro Detroit. She currently holds the title of Governor. She also served as the 2015 BOMA Regional President and was the local President in 2007-08. Previous awards include BOMA’s 2009 Corporate Member of the Year and Outstanding Service Awards, 2005 Property Manager of the Year and the 2004 President’s Award.
“Paula’s efforts have garnered much goodwill and the respect of her industry peers,” said Janet Langlois, BOMA/Metro Detroit’s Executive Director. “We are grateful for her commitment to BOMA and her leadership, which benefits our industry and the communities in which we work.”

BOMA/Metro Detroit presents the Lifetime Achievement Award to an industry professional in Commercial Real Estate who exemplifies outstanding leadership and achievement throughout their careers in commercial real estate. The awards signify a demonstrated ability and commitment to going beyond the expected standards of service and professionalism and have a lasting impact in the industry/organization. The award has only been given once before, in 2014.
Candidates for the Lifetime Achievement Award are evaluated by a panel of their peers. Considerations include an established history of distinguished service in the BOMA organization, exhibited leadership and provided inspiration to others in the sector and participation in civic and community affairs.
