Community Gets Behind Law Enforcement to Organize Support Our Local Law Enforcement Rally during National Police week

The word is out! Join us at the Support Our Local Law Enforcement Rally on May 17 from 6 to 8 pm to honor those who protect and serve!

WHAT:  Support Our Local Law Enforcement Rally

WHEN:  May 17, 2016, fro 6 pm to 8 pm

WHERE:  Southfield Civic Center, south of I 696 on Evergreen

WHY:  To express our gratitude to the men and women who have taken an oath to protect and serve, which places them in situations in which their lives are in danger, and to boost morale in light of unprovoked attacks and threats made against officers, both off and on duty.

We have an exciting event planned and are honored to be featuring Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard as our keynote speaker.  Sheriff Bouchard is the 2016 Recipient for Sheriff of the Year, selected among over 3000 candidates.  He will be joined by Senator Patrick Colbeck of Canton, who serves on the State Police Appropriations Committee.
