Anyone learning English or who wants to become more proficient is invited to improve their English language skills during discussion groups at the Library. An English tutor from the Oakland Literacy Council facilitates the conversation. Meet others who are learning English and practice in a relaxed atmosphere. Learn about Library resources that are available to help English Language Learners. Drop in for all or part of the session.
