Jewish Association for Residential Care, a non-profit organization that supports disabled individuals, and Temple Israel will host actress Lauren Potter, who plays a cheerleader with Down syndrome on FOX’s hit television series, "Glee."
Potter will speak to youth and adults about how she made her dreams a reality, and battled bullying along the way.
The three-part event will include a free community program, a pre-glow dinner ($300/person) and afterglow meet-and-greet ($36/person).
