Reuven Kimelman is a Professor of Near Eastern and Judaic Studies, and a well-known scholar on topics such as Rabbinic literature, Jewish liturgy, and Jewish thought, he has served as a scholar in residence in synagogues throughout the country and is known as a wonderful teacher.
