
The Michael Golds Memorial AD/HD Conference is coming to the OCC - Oakland Ridge Campus in Farmington Hills on Friday September 27.
Laura Rolands, B.A., MILR is one of 15 speakers who will be presenting at the conference. Her topic is "Got Time? Productivity Through Time Management."
AD/HD and time management are a difficult combination and can often come along with missed deadlines, lost focus during meetings or lectures, and working late into the night. Participants will learn tools and strategies to manage time and accomplish more during their day.

Bio: Laura Rolands has a B.A degree in Business and a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations. In she has Coaching Certificates from JST Coaching, Inc. Ms. Rolands is an AD/HD Coach and Founder of My Attention Coach. She helps adults with AD/HD pay attention, improve time management and increase productivity. In addition Ms. Rolands teaches the ADD Time Management Intensive at ADD classes.com, shares valuable tips on her "Practical ADHD Strategies” radio show and leads the ADD Time Management Coaching Group. She was a recent participant in the ADD Time Management Intensive called "Laura the Queen of Time Management"
