Donna Jo Wagnitz is a holistic wellness practitioner. She is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Body Worker. Her practice, Birdie’s Better Life, is located at Healing Redefined Holistic Wellness Center in West Bloomfield. Along with functional nutrition she is a licensed massage therapist with training in craniosacral therapy. Donna graduated from Irene’s Myomassology in Southfield, MI and The Nutritional Therapy Association out of Olympia, WA. She is continuing her education in craniosacral therapy through Upledger Institute.

Donna has a passion for helping people with chronic pain and fatigue to find healing through holistic lifestyle changes.

She empowers women with chronic pain and exhaustion, to take charge of their healing journey. I help those who are ready to make lasting, sustainable changes to their health through holistic modalities.

My Why? I have been there! I am an overcomer! And I don’t want you to suffer any longer. Despite having Fibromyalgia and Lyme Disease, I absolutely love the outdoors! I go camping, off-roading, and dig in the dirt as much as possible. I love to travel and go on road trips. My husband can’t find a station I won’t sing along to on a road trip.
