Original Production Tells Jesus' Birth Through Elizabeth's Eyes

An original production with drama, humor, and music will share the witness of Elizabeth to the birth of Jesus at Pine Hill Church.

"For Whom No Angels Came, To Whom No Star Appeared" will present the story of Jesus' birth as told through the eyes of Mary's cousin, Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at 10:00 am, at the Pine Hill Congregational Church, 4160 Middlebelt Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323. This original production, including drama, humor, and music, and narration by the character of Elizabeth, will be presented by young actors. Though Elizabeth did not have a visit by angels like Mary or the shepherds, nor did she see a star in the night sky like the Magi, she has an important perspective on the meaning of the birth in the manger. This event is free and open to the public.
