Vote from a list of very deserving candidates on who should be named the Patch Athlete of the Season for the West Bloomfield area.

There were a lot of great individual performances from high school athletes in the West Bloomfield area this fall and we want to hear from our readers which one they thought was the best.
Here are the candidates:
James Ross (Senior; Orchard Lake St. Mary's Football) – The star senior linebacker is after leading the Eaglets to the state finals for the third year in a row. He’s riding high after the team Saturday at Ford Field. Ross is one of the top 100 recruits in the country this season and was one of five linebackers selected to play for the 2012 U.S. Under-19 National Team.

Jonah Folbe (Junior, Frankel Jewish Academy Soccer) - Folbe scored six goals and had 10 assists for the Jaguars' varsity soccer team, which completed its best record in school history at 10-2-1 and made it to district semifinals.
Claire Forhan (Senior; West Bloomfield Diving) – The senior reached the state finals for the . She finished fourth at regionals and then in the state finals placed for the third time with a 10th place finish. “She had a great year with her best scores,” head coach Bob Crosby said.

Erin Finn (Junior; West Bloomfield Cross Country) – What didn’t Finn do in her junior year? She was and won the Division 1 individual championship with a time of 17:22.06. On Saturday, she placed
Jackie Pyles (Senior; West Bloomfield Volleyball) – Pyles for the Lakers this season. She was led the team with kills and aces for the second straight year. On Oct. 10, she was named American Volleyball Coaches Association/MaxPreps Michigan State Player of the Week . Coach Julian Wargo called his co-captain, who verbally committed to play for Boise State,
Andrew Cahn (Senior; West Bloomfield Tennis) – Cahn reached the state finals this year in the No. 1 flight of Division 1. For his performance this season, he earned in Division 1 as voted on by the Michigan High School Tennis Coaches’ Association. As a senior, Cahn finished 21-2 and earned first-team all-state honors.
