From Posting to Praise on Christmas Eve at Pine Hill Church

The good news of the birth of Jesus is meant to move us to praise

A Christmas Eve Service at the Pine Hill Congregational Church, 4160 Middlebelt Road, in West Bloomfield, at 7:00 pm, will give participants the possibility to pause at the manger before giving praise for what is seen and heard there. More than just something to behold and then post about on social media, the birth of Jesus is intended to prompt us to glorify what God has done with our hearts and our voices. It is not merely information to be shared, but something to be felt and experienced, and those who attend will have the chance to do this through the telling of the Christmas story, the singing of carols, the lighting of candles, and the hearing of much music by Dinah Bianchi on the French horn, Irene Steyman on the piano, and anthems by the Pine Hill Worship Choir, as well as guest vocalist Megan Szypula. A gift from the offering taken for the night will go toward restoration efforts in Paradise, California, following the devastating fire there. All are welcome, and for more details, please call (248) 626-2737.
