Prime29 Hosts Groth Wine Event Featuring Award-Winning Chef
The West Bloomfield restaurant offers menu items paired with the company's wines.
Prime29 Steakhouse in West Bloomfield hosts a special event Sept. 19 featuring Groth Vineyards and Winery of Napa Valley, CA, featuring award-winning Executive Chef Hai Ying.
Chef Ying's five course tasting menu will be paired with Sommelier Michael Derylo’s wine selections, and Lauren Albanese, a Groth Vineyards and Winery representative, will participate in the event.
Courses will include salads, pasta, duck and beef dishes, along with desserts. All of the Groth wines served will be available for purchase after the wine dinner.
