We've all seen the signs and ads--tuition-free online classes for your kids. There's even an academy, the Nexus Academy of Royal Oak--in Beverly Hills.
I tried to follow who's is getting for this school and, more importantly, why is it so difficult to figure out who owns it?
The Detroit Free Press chose not to do any digging and instead just relayed what the Department of Education told them to print.
