Snap a Selfie Enjoying West Bloomfield Park for Photo Contest

West Bloomfield Township, MI — If you’re a nature lover and love exploring the township’s parks, grab your camera — or your cellphone — and snap a selfie or whatever inspires you for a West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission photo contest.

At the end of the summer, Parks and Rec will give a prize package that includes a lawn chair, a prize basket, free admittance to a nature program for four and anything else the department dreams up.

Here’s all you do: Take a picture in any West Bloomfield park and post it on one of Park and Rec’s social media accounts with the hashtag #wblovesnature.

All entries must be submitted by noon on Aug. 17. Members of the public will vote via social media through Aug. 31. Multiple entries are allowed, but the only one prize per person will be awarded.
