The Eaglets will take on Oak Park during the three-day event at Wayne State University.

The Detroit Sports Commission (DSC) will visit Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory School Monday during lunch hours, to help build excitement for the school's first game of the 2013 football season.
The Eaglets will face Oak Park on Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. during the Detroit Sports Commission Prep Kickoff Classic, held at Tom Adams Field on the campus of Wayne State University August 29-31. Advance tickets are $8 and will only be available at St. Mary’s starting Monday. A percentage of the advance ticket sales proceeds benefit the school. Game-day tickets at the gate are $10.
Known since 2005 as the Big Day Prep Showdown, the event is organized and promoted by the DSC, the subsidiary of the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau. In the past, the event has featured some of the state’s top players.
