Cadillac Travel Teams Up with West Bloomfield High School DECA
West Bloomfield, Michigan- February 23, 2018
West Bloomfield High School DECA students Matthew Ladouceur, Brian Bembas and Marcus McLaughlin teamed up with David Fishman, owner of Cadillac Travel Group, to create a school Shark Tank as part of their 2018 Creative Marketing DECA project.
The DECA Students presented the opportunity to the business classes at the high school after collaborating with the travel agency as to what research they were looking to find. Students were asked to come up with unique ideas to revolutionize the travel agency business. Students work was submitted to David Fishman.

The projects were narrowed down to three finalists which were asked to present their ideas to the student body, two local business owners and David Fishman. The selected finalists included Abigayle Schell, Brad Simtob, Michelle Grigorov, Erin Dickinson and Neville Kallabat.
After hearing each presentation, the business professionals provided feedback to students on each of their ideas. Following the presentations they collaborated to choose the overall winner.

Neville Kallabat was chosen as the winner of the event. For his efforts, Neville earned $500 in gift cards, an internship with Cadillac Travel Group and a letter of recommendation.
