West Bloomfield ZBA Blows Hardship Case Neighborhood SHOCKED!
West Bloomfield building codes are clear if you own multiple lots you can't sell off a lot of less than 70ft, if you do you can't build on.
There is corruption within the ZBA. Look at 2 cases on the West Bloomfield web site. 1. Case V17-058 Nov 15,2017 request for wavier to build on lot...decision DENY...Why...self created hardship. 2. Case V17-056 Nov 15, 2017 and May 1, 2018 request for wavier to build on lot...decision...Approved...even though the same self created hardship existed. Same lawyer for both cases...same self created hardships in both cases. The ZBA BLEW THIS CALL THEY MUST DENY BECAUSE OF HARDSHIP BUT DID NOT. Please contact the ZBA and Township officials to voice your concern with how they don't honor the cities own building code! This is city government gone wrong...we also had 17 neighbors sign a petition asking the ZBA to Deny wavier to 7 for the waiver. In the other case there were 15 for the waiver yet ZBA did the correct thing and denied that wavier because of the self induced hardship...this is a travesty at best by Approving case V17-056 and stinks of corruption. This is no longer government of for and by the people. Lets expose this and take our government back! Call or e-mail the elected officials and ask them what happened how could your ZBA members get this so WRONG! Please write West Bloomfield officials and let them know this type of shenanigans will not be accepted.
