Sunday Patch: What Should Happen to Villa Maria Ristorante?
You don't need to be an urban planner to know what West Bloomfield needs from this vacancy. Talk about it on Patch.
A recent Michigan Department of Transportation traffic count estimated that 22,600 vehicles drove by per day the former Villa Maria Ristorante on Haggerty Road and over 23,800 on Maple Road. Plenty of vehicles, yet the restaurant isn't open and the former owners have moved out.
Patch wants to know: What's your vision for this building?
According to the township, the land, on 1.69 acres and 4,782 square feet, would be a good fit for retail sales, personal services, or a new restaurant.
