When to start looking for facility?

When to start looking for facility? Great question for discussion. I have people asking me that question all the time. Mostly when it's too late, when the loved one is coming out of the hospital/rehab after taking bad fall and hurting themselves. You never know when something wrong might happen and you will be cornered trying to make that quick decision. Be proactive, look around for the right facility before you actually need it. Talk to your parents and ask them what would they expect from that place.
