Windmill Homes Announces West Bloomfield Model Opening in New Single-Family Home Community
The award-winning "Oakmont" model home in the Twin Beach community of West Bloomfield Township built by Windmill Homes is now open.
Windmill Homes of Farmington Hills announced today the opening of the award-winning “Oakmont” model home in the Twin Beach community of West Bloomfield Township.
“Twin Beach is an urban oasis with a range of multi-generational floor plans to fit any lifestyle,” said Cathi Waun, sales manager for the Twin Beach community. “It’s West Bloomfield’s first new single-family development in recent years.”
The Twin Beach community is located on Oakley Park Road between Haggerty and Green Lake Roads in the Walled Lake school district. It consists of 18 estate-size home sites, tree-lined rear yards, sidewalks, street lighting and woodland preservation area.
Windmill Homes offers home plans that include a ranch, six colonial homes with a second floor master suite and one home with a first floor master suite. The homes start at $449,900 and can be customized.
The Oakmont model home has 3,202 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three and half baths, great room, study, dining room, butler’s pantry, first floor ten-foot-high ceilings and second floor laundry starting at $574,900. The plan received a Blue Ribbon award for home design from the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan in connection with the 2017 Parade of Homes.
The other floor plans include three and four bedroom options, daylight basements, outdoor living spaces, first or second floor laundry rooms and two, three and four car side-entry garages.
