, a resale shop open for business year round, truly has a little something for everybody.

A wide variety of items are always on hand, but Owner Bill Rose never stops searching for more.

"We do a lot of business selling antiques, framed artwork and buying old jewelry," Rose said.

The store is divided into sections: sporting goods, tools, antiques and collectibles such as vintage Coca Cola propaganda.

An extensive record collection with albums from all of the greats fills up two bookcases, including The Beatles and Elvis.

If you have old jewelry and are looking for an honest opinion and price, don't hesitate to bring it in so Rose can test the consistency of the pieces - free of charge.

"I don't mind testing people's jewelry for them. It's better to know what they have than to not know at all," Rose said.

The Garage Sale Store is located on Union Lake Road near the intersection of Cooley Lake Road and Union Lake.
