Changing your bad money habits won’t be easy!

Many times we say we want to accomplish something, but what we really mean is we want to accomplish it if we don’t have to change anything about our current lifestyle. Over the years, we all have developed some bad money habits.  For some it is a $4 dollar latte. For others it may be a $200 a month cable bill.  Regardless of how we choose to spend our money, the reality is Americans are spending more, saving less and carrying too much debt.   We say things like “I work hard I deserve it.” And you probably do work hard but the decisions you make today affect your future and possibly your children’s future.  More and more seniors are going back to work after retirement simply because they don’t have enough money to live.

Many consumers believe that more money would fix their problems.  This simply is not true, if you don’t change your behavior you will just have more money to fund your bad habits.  You won’t reduce your debt and you won’t save anymore.  You need to replace your bad money habits with good money habits by creating a plan for your spending, saving and debt reduction. Once you have your plan in place there is just one tiny little thing left to do…stick to your plan!  It is going to be very hard at first, but the longer you do it the easier it will get.

Need a little help creating a plan?  Having a tough time deciding where you can reduce your spending?  Let us help. There is no obligation and best of all; your very first visit is absolutely free.
