Each course includes a tasting of the restaurant's Southwest inspired food paired with a delicious brew from Founders Brewery. Discover your favorite!
The first course beer is Pale Ale, Devil Dancer IPA is the second course brew, followed by Centennial IPA
in the third course, and fourth up is Cerise Cherry Fermented Ale. Food pairings have yet to be determined.
