• Motorcyclist, 20, killed in Waterford Township crash, police say (cbsnews.com) — A 20-year-old motorcyclist died Friday morning after colliding with a van on Highland Road in nearby Waterford Township, following a high-speed ride eastbound on M-59 through White Lake Township. Police say witnesses reported the rider was traveling at an extremely high speed before the crash, which shut down Highland near Forest Avenue for several hours while investigators worked the scene.
