White Lake Bed Bath & Beyond Opens

It's official, the long-awaited White Lake Bed, Bath & Beyond is open.

The store opened at 9 a.m. Tuesday, and had several customers perusing the aisles at 9:30.

Christa Mallinger, district customer service manager with the store, said corporate will be sending out fliers this week with details on a grand opening event Saturday.

In addition, Mallinger said the store has several services they can offer to customers including a college checklist and pack-and-pickup service that allows families to purchase items for college at their store, then pick up those items at a Bed, Bath & Beyond closest to your child's college.

"It's a great service that helps to eliminate some of the hassle of moving," Mallinger said.

The store is open Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
