Great Escape: Watch the Escapades of the Pink Girls and the T-Birds
Head down to 'Flicks on Bricks' on Friday night for a free outdoor viewing of 'Grease.'

This escape is a perfect way to spend one of your “Summer Nights."
Gather your friends and family and head down to the corner of Elm and First streets on Friday night to watch Grease.
The musical movie will be projected on a large screen outdoors. Bring your own chairs or blankets and make yourself comfortable.

You may bring your own refreshments from home, or take advantage of later hours. Bob Beaudette of Kettle Corn of Michigan will be on hand selling his kettle corn. Wyandotte Jaycees' members will be selling glow items to the crowd.
Heather Thiede, the city's special event coordinator, said the city tries to incorporate local businesses into the event. This week, will be giving away samples of products from their store and also passing out information about classes and services offered at their business.

“It’s a fun, family event,” Thiede said.
Music from the movie will be played before the movie starts at dusk, which is projected as 9:30 p.m.
