Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital Launches Patient and Family Advisory Council

Continuing our path to providing an excellent patient experience, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is establishing a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). 

The council will provide a forum for patient and family members to give feedback regarding their experiences at the hospital, discuss future hospital projects, and provide recommendations.

Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking volunteers who have used services or have had family at the facility within the past two years.

Volunteers, who will meet quarterly should have the ability to: maintain confidentiality; listen and hear multiple points of view; share personal experiences in a constructive manner; demonstrate compassion, understanding, and a sense of humor; be sensitive to the diverse patient population at the hospital; work collaboratively and enthusiastically support the mission, vision, and values of the hospital.
