Tell us an interesting tidbit about yourself or your work. All pottery is handmade, with no two pieces alike. All pottery is oven and microwave proof, and dishwasher safe. Fritz Wolff is a retired art professor. He studied at Northland College and at the University of Wisconsin. He apprenticed under world famous Ceramicist Robert Eckels. Carsten Barchmann was born in Germany. His family has been potters since 1729 in the same village. In 2006, Carsten came to the U.S. to advance his skills under Fritz Wolff. Since then, Carsten has worked to blend his own European skills with contemporary American techniques.
