Patio Furniture Stolen Off Front Porches in Wyandotte
One of the victims said he wants others to be on the alert to secure their outdoor furniture.

Someone's enjoying some nice porch sitting, but it's not who paid for the comfy seating.
Patio furniture was stolen off the front porches of two neighboring houses in the 300 block of Cherry during the daytime Monday.
One of the residents who reported the incident said he did so in order for others to be "on the alert or secure their porch furniture better."

"I'll be replacing the set with milk crates, so the next time people want to take my stuff, that's what they'll get," he said.
Police Chief Daniel Grant said the two incidents are the only cases of furniture thefts reported in recent days.

"We'll have to keep our eye out," he said.
